Grand Hotel Portovenere is an antique Franciscan monastery from the year 1600, it is a four star hotel located on the sea front opposite of Palmaria island and overlooking the antique village with its tower-houses. A walk along the harbour with its shops, the characteristic restaurants and cafés on the dock of the ferry-boat that takes to Cinque Terre.
